What are the odds of high school athletes making it to the Olympics? Maybe not as bad as you think!
High school aged boys have a 1 in 8,778 chance of making the U.S. Track & Field Olympic Team. For girls, it’s a little tougher – 1 in 9,079.
Compare that to high school basketball athletes – both boys and girls have a 1 in 45,487 chance of making the Olympic team!
